Are you planning to submit a Research for Patient Benefit (RfPB) grant application in September 2013?

Do you want advice from experts on topics such as research methods, patient/public involvement and costings?

The National Institute for Health Research’s Research Design Service North West (RDS NW – www.rds-nw.nihr.ac.uk) is providing a programme to support people applying to the RfPB programme for research funding.

For those planning to submit an RfPB proposal in the 22nd funding round (final submission deadline to be confirmed) we will provide a facilitated support programme for applicants involving three half-day meetings, individual 1:1 advice and referral to experts where needed. The aim is to maximise your chances of success in securing RfPB funding and to ensure your project is robust, well designed and properly supported.

Participants are expected to attend all three meetings.
