UKCRC Registered Clinical Trials Units
This site offers a resource for clinical researchers and funders wishing to identify Clinical Trials Units (CTUs) that have expertise in centrally coordinating multicentre clinical trials, as well as in trial design, data management, and analysis.
It provides comprehensive information and direct access to high quality CTUs across the UK which have achieved UKCRC Registration status.
The information provided on this site is aimed at the following groups, both within and outside the UK: Clinical researchers and investigators, Clinical research network and Funders of clinical research (both industry and non-industry).

The UKCRC Regulatory and Governance (R&G) Advice Service is a UK-wide resource for those involved in health research (including non-portfolio studies). The Advice Service aims to provide consistent and authoritative advice on a range of regulatory and governance issues, primarily to support local advice providers, such as NHS R&D departments, university research managers, MRC employees or Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) staff without access to R&D offices within the NHS or universities...visit the website.

Our Advice Service
The NIHR RDS NW Advice Service
Our advice service provides expert advice on any aspect of the research design process in Applied Health and Social Care.
This advice is available free of charge to anyone intending to apply for open competition peer review funding and who is an NHS research or who is working in partnership with the NHS.
Advice is available at the research idea stage right up to the research design. Please allow plenty of time before a funding deadline if seeking advice

RDLearning & RDDirect
RDLearning and RDDirect are part of the RDInfo service, which is a service funded by the National Institute for Health Research.
RDLearning is a database of all post-qualifying health-related training courses available in the UK with particular emphasis on research. The database covers workshops, conferences and short courses ranging from higher education institutions, professional bodies, research networks and training organisations.
